Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Please review these Terms of Use before submitting offers or utilizing brokerage services on DEALER DIRECT AUTO INC.
1. Platform & Brokerage Scope
The platform operates under DEALER DIRECT AUTO INC (NYS DMV Dealer License Facility ID #7134933, License Type: DLW — Dealer Wholesale / Broker). Corporate Headquarters: 90 STATE STREET, STE 700, OFFICE 400, ALBANY, NY 12207 · Intake Facility: 15-21 132ND ST, 2ND FL, COLLEGE POINT, NY 11356. The platform lists bank repossessions, lender-owned vehicles, corporate fleet liquidations, and court-authorized dispositions.
2. Bidding & Offer Submissions
Submitting a "Buy Now" order or "Direct Offer" constitutes a binding purchase inquiry routed directly to our licensed wholesale broker desk. All offers are subject to inventory verification, title clearance validation, and final broker approval prior to funding release.
3. Title Clearance & DMV Conveyance
Vehicles listed undergo mandatory pre-sale title auditing. Conveyance includes official state DMV title reassignment packets, receiver bills of sale, or bankruptcy court § 363 decrees. Buyers acknowledge that title processing timelines may vary based on state DMV requirements.
4. Escrow & Protected Settlement
Buyer funds are held in protected neutral trust/escrow accounts and are released to holding yards or liquidators only after title reassignment verification and gate pass issuance. In the event title conveyance cannot be completed, buyer funds remain 100% protected in escrow.
5. Transport & Yard Self-Pickup
Buyers may select flat-rate door-to-door carrier transport or direct yard self-pickup. Gate release passes are issued exclusively upon title clearance confirmation and escrow settlement.
